The Outdoor Pool, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground open area is included for you to enjoy! The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private guest suite includes private parking and entrance. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen mattresses and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A new 65" Smart HDTV is yours to enjoy with HD TV channels, Netflix, Prime video, and a Blu-ray player. The gaming room has a Pool Table and darts for enjoyment. An outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the Black Hills view along with seating and a gas grill. Night times are peaceful with full star gazing. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktops, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and all the kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use during your stay. House trained dogs are ok to stay, but cats are Not permitted onsite. The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. The Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota and Pennington County.
