Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds. Other things to note The BBQ Grill is not available from late Fall through early Spring. All 3 of the bathrooms are located on the main floor, along with the living room, kitchen/dining room, and the 4 bedrooms. Baseboard heaters are located throughout the upper floor, which can sometimes be a bit noisy and make intermittant sounds. PERMITTED VACATION RENTAL Chelan County recently adopted a new short vacation rental code, requiring permits and certain safety features, inspections, and compliance in order to operate a short term rental in the county. Natapoc Lodge has received permit # 000171 and is in full compliance with all county requirements.
