Our house is located in the historic Dogtown in a family friendly neighborhood. The house is close to the Zoo, Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University, and Central West End. It is within short driving distance to Saint Louis University, St. Louis Down Town, Soulard, Busch Stadium, Fabulous Fox Theater, Scottrade Center and Missouri Botanical Garden. Direct and easy access to both I-64 and I-44. Come experience St. Louis from The beautiful Historic Irish Dogtown!! It is a full brick house with lot of woodwork built in 1930. As our guest you have the full privacy and comfort of the home to yourself. We reside in St. Louis but not on the property so we hope you will make yourself at home in our beautiful Dogtown Home! Guests have access to the entire home and fenced backyard. Two house keys provided during the stay. We reside in St. Louis and are always available during our guests stay at the home. We will be available throughout their stay via phone, texts, email as well as in person if required. The neighborhood is very safe, and walkable. There are a few nice Irish restaurants in Dogtown and is famous for St. Patrick's Day parade. Dogtown is located right next to The Hill, which is an Italian neighborhood and has a lot of famous Italian restaurants. Our home is within walking distance to the famous St. Louis Zoo and beautiful Forest Park. We are in short driving distance to The Galleria Mall, Washington University, Saint Louis University, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Busch Stadium, Scottrade Center, The Arch, Soulard, and all the offerings of Downtown St. Louis. Both are offered at no charge to the guests. There is DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Guests are welcome to bring their own DVDs to enjoy. For children, pack n play and high chair are available. There are steps going to both the front and back doors, so please be aware that the house is not ADA accessible. We do have a fenced in backyard that is full access for guests. There are locks on the gates to limit outside access but guests have direct access from inside the home. A washer and dryer is available for guests to use throughout their stay. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are supplied. A dishwasher with detergent tabs is included in the kitchen of the home. Toiletries, towels and a hair blow dryer in the bathroom. Other properties: We have another duplex building in Soulard that is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery as well as close to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmers market, Ballpark Village, Arch and other attractions. There is also back deck and patio along with patio furniture. Both units can easily accommodate 10 people and is perfect for friends and family traveling together, but still wanting privacy.
