Relaxing 4-Bdrm, 3-Bath home near Waco, Texas with Quick Access to Interstate 35, which makes for short trips to Baylor University, Magnolias Silos, Lake Waco, downtown Waco, and other sites in the Waco area. The space The home is fully equipped with all of the conveniences necessary to make your visit to Waco as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The main house is 2400 ft2 and has 3-bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, and 2 queen-sized beds) and 2-full baths. There is a private King Bed suite (attached to the garage) just a few steps from the main house which includes a mini fridge, microwave, and a full bathroom. The house has high-speed internet so you can stay connected to your home or work. TVs are provided in each of the bedrooms, and the family room has a sectional with a 70” TV with surround sound to enjoy your favorite shows. The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 adults. The living room has a desk with a large screen monitor that provide a great work area. The kitchen has a table seating for four. There are also 3 or 4 folding chairs available if needed. A portable crib, high chair, and several blow-up mattresses are also provided. We also have a picnic table in the garage.
