Pet Fee $100 per pet. For stays > 28 days add $150 long term pet fee Max 2 dogs - Max 45lbs/pet. ​​​​​​​No Cats. Sandpiper Cove has $10 cash grounds fee per pet due at check in. Note: If you are planning on bringing a boat, call Sandpiper Cove to rent a slip. Trailer Parking is NOT allowed on property! Other things to note All tenants planning to occupy a unit must be twenty five (25) years of age or older unless they are related by family which will then require only one of the party to be over twenty five (25).
