Set in the heart of the village, 2 minutes to the shops & only 4 minutes to the river’s edge it boasts spectacular views of the River Yealm from it’s south-facing bedroom, lounge & decking area. A stylish & modernised ground floor apartment with brand new kitchen including oven/microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso Coffee machine. The bathroom has a modern 'wet room' shower and heated towel rail plus under floor heating. Enjoy the spectacular river views from the lounge area or bedroom or maybe have a coffee or drink on the large decked area. With it’s own entrance and parking outside, this self contained apartment in the heart of the village has everything needed for that relaxing break. There is parking on the road in front of our garages. There is also a possibility to rent one of the garages if you would like to put your car in a secure garage over night at the property. We also have two paddle boards which are available to use with prior notice & you use them at your own risk. I am available to help via phone or text & am usually nearby. The apartment is very close to the CoOp, Post Office, Butchers, Chemist and pubs. And of course the river! Plus the South West coast path is within walking distance and the beautiful Mothecombe beach a 15 minute drive away. Parking is available outside the accommodation. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away. This is a residential area so we request that you respect our neighbours. The room height in the kitchen is slightly lower than the rest of the apartment, so if you are over 6’2” it may be rather low for you. The space in the apartment is cleverly designed, however the living area is small so if you are wanting to lounge around on sofas all day it may not be for you! Except in the summer when we have a large outdoor sofa.
