All Decked Out! Lake Buchanan Waterfront home

Recently remodeled waterfront home on beautiful Lake Buchanan, located just 65 miles from Austin TX. This unique home has 3 great decks for watching the sunset, a boat dock, kayaks, a BBQ and is great for families. It's in a neighborhood, so not ok for big loud parties. The space Our home is located in the quaint town of Burnet TX and has over 200' of waterfront off the main lake in a cove. It's great for fishing, boating and just relaxin'! The home is located on a hill so it does have stairs. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, huge living room overlooking the lake, the master and kitchen. We've got about everything you would need in the kitchen from blender to Keurig coffee maker, and a charcoal BBQ out on the deck. There are some games and books for your use while you are there as well. Head on downstairs to 2 other bedrooms, one with a private deck and a bathroom and laundry room. We've got horseshoes, kayaks and a great oversized boat dock. Lake Buchanan is the largest of the chain of lakes in the Austin area and is not constant level, so fluctuates a bunch. Water levels change and are not guaranteed! Guest access The entire house is available, as well as the large yard, decks and boat dock. You'll have to share the lake though!
