Large 4500 sqft house big back yard for large families Fully stocked kitchen to cook, House big enough for large families This house is in a deed restricted community,we CANNOT have parties , unauthorized invites or any events Master bed down w/ king bed 2 bedroom down: 1 full size bed Bed 3 Queen upstairs w/2 full size beds Bedroom 4 :2 twin beds & 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 5: 2 full size beds Bedroom 6: 1 Queen Game room with 4 single portable beds upon prior request . The space Price is based on 2 Guest , Each additional guest is $15 per person per night. Please, don’t book it as 4 and bring 14 people, we can see number of people on the outdoor cameras. If that happens , we will cancel the reservation , you will lose your money and deposit and you will get a negative review from us. Do not invite people or throw a party , have loud music . We want to keep a low profile with neighbors . If you have more then 2 cars , let me know in advance . This place is for business travelers and Family’s and not suitable for any parties and get together. All rooms plus living rooms have 55 inch TV, high speed internet with cable TV. Additional amenities include Washer, Dryer, & Full Fitchen. Just bring food and your clothes and make it a home! Guest access You will have access to entire house .
