Andrus Cottage by the Cove

The cottage is just a short 3/10s of a mile walk to the lake. We have 3 bedrooms, large yard, and boat parking. The cottage is 5 miles from the boat launch at Snyder's Run. Its a great place to swim, fish, kayak or just hang out. The space As you can see from the listing, the house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. There are 6 beds, including a queen sofa bed in the living room. The house sleeps 8 people (10 people is the maximum and there will be an additional charge). Guest access Access to entire house and large yard Other things to note You will be required to sign a contract outlining house rules and policies before your arrival. This includes the number of guests allowed. No additional guests are permitted on the property. No smoking and no pets. Property damage and security deposit will also be covered in the agreement.
