Cozy Outdoor Oasis with Hot Tub and Fenced Yard - Charming Retreat

Welcome The Mission Rock House - aka your home away from home! When it's time to take a break from all the action, we invite you to cozy up in our historic rock home. While you're here, enjoy our cozy indoor living spaces, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor living space - featuring a fenced-in yard, cozy seating, outdoor dining, a HOT TUB, string lights, fire pit, corn hole and BBQ grill - and sleeping arrangements for 8 guests! House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. We absolutely do not allow any pets on the furniture including the beds at night, no exceptions. Pets must be kept caged, in the garage, or in the back yard if the home is unattended. The tenant is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets (this allows us to not have a pet deposit). - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
