Wonderful Lakefront Modern Apartment

Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax. The space It is a basement apartment that sits below our home with a separate entrance. The studio faces the lake and you may see eagles, ducks, fish jumping and a beautiful sunrise. It offers a patio with a big umbrella which helps extend the living space. A fully stocked kitchen, walk-in shower and gas fireplace. We have beach towels and a small fire pit ready for your day on the lake. Be aware we DO have other neighborhood children that also enjoy the lake. If you don’t enjoy sharing this space with them, it might not be for you. Guest access This home has a separate entrance and all the amenities you need to enjoy sitting on a patio and relaxing near the lake. The studio faces the lake and is down a small hill, off the road and below our home. Other things to note Please be aware that we are not responsible or liable if you decide to take a swim in our lake. We have some life jackets but they may not fit you so be prepared if you decide that you would like to go into the water. Please note that no watercrafts such as boats and kayaks are provided on site. Motorized watercrafts are not allowed on the lake. You may bring your own blow up boats, kayaks, etc. There is a small firepit in the backyard. Please do not feed any wildlife including the ducks and geese. The lake is pristine and we want to keep it that way. Anyone staying past midnight will be considered an additional overnight guest and you will be charged accordingly.
