The second floor includes the main living space with an open floor plan, featuring comfortable couches (no sleeper sofa), a pellet stove with pellets provided, and access to a deck overlooking the golf course. The dining area seats 8, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A third full bathroom is also located on this floor. The third-floor loft has 2 sets of bunk beds (each with a twin on top and a full on the bottom), making it a perfect space for kids or groups. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, high-speed wireless internet, 4 TVs including a large flat-screen in the living room, and some golf course views. The property is approximately 1,401 sq. ft. Guests also have access to two outdoor parking spaces (not assigned), as well as community recreation amenities including a spa and seasonal/summer swimming pool.
