Master has quaint office space and ensuite Bath w/Spa Tub w/jets. 2nd Bedroom w/Queen Bed and Large Closet. Bathroom sits across Hallway. Bedrooms are at opposite sides so the Two Entrances are great if a Roommate situation; only one step into Cottage. Inside Laundry, Cable and WIFI available. Generous parking. Covered Decking with sizable Table & Chairs and Electric Grill outside the Livingroom that allows you to enjoy westerly sunset views unobstructed. Sits above a small partially fenced Backyard. Allowance of ONE DOG only--NO CATS, please. Evidence of smoking ANYWHERE on property will terminate your stay immediately—NO EXCEPTIONS. Guest access This is a Gated Property w/Private driveway --Cottage sits at the very end of the Driveway, which is like a horseshoe shape. You will pass the Main house on your right as you keep left down to the Driveway. The property has lots of parking but need to refrain from blocking the driveway for deliveries and Landscape Crews. The Downtown of the City of La Mesa is a great place with lots of restaurants, shops and trolley service. The Grossmont Mall is 5 minutes away with numerous stores for your convenience; but there are 2 other malls within 10 minutes in either direction. Other things to note NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PROPERTY. We appreciate a smoke free environment here. Maximum of 4 people including infants and small children. No parties of any kind, but can have very small group of visitors. Guests will pass a Warehouse for the Landscape Crew which meet at 7, then go to offsite project sites. They arrive back at 3:30. There are 2 crewman that are here most days maintaining the property. Owners have aviary with noise from variety of birds. This property is close to Freeway and has some noise. Windows are noise cancelling. PETS: ONE MED DOG 25-30 lbs. Community has COYOTES due to the large lots in this location. NO fenced backyard—-Please watch over your pets at all times and have on a leash when walking the property. Property is secured with gates. Owner provides a remote to get in. It is a responsibility of the guests to enter and exit using the remote(s) provided. If you don’t have it with you, you need to have an alternative plan with the other guest to assist you in entering the property.
