Walk to the lake (short walk from the house with secluded beach), travel 1.5 miles to boat ramp and state park, take a sunset kayak trip on the lake, watch hummingbirds and deer from your front porch, fish, roast hotdogs and s’mores at your own fire pit , walk across the dam, and much more. Easy trail to lake with secluded swimming, fishing, or just taking in the view. Guest access Guests are welcome to all areas of the home. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $50 pet fee per animal. Outdoor leash required due to hens on property. Wood burning fireplace with gas start. Plenty of wood available for purchase ($5/bundle). Large kitchen area with gas stove. Great space for cooking with large island. Charcoal grill available for use (Don’t forget your charcoal). We also have a tiny home and two other larger homes available for rent. Great for larger families! Roaming of property and feeding animals available (just communicate with us first). Other things to note We have friendly laying hens on the property that provide our guests with fresh eggs, as available.
