Welcome to Cognac! Located in a quiet area and a short walk to Place François 1er. You can do anything on foot and easily park your vehicle in front of the house. Train station is an 8-minute walk away. This accommodation is attached to our house but has a completely independent entrance through a gate equipped with a digicode. Unless otherwise requested, the beds will be made upon your arrival and the linens will be at your disposal. The space This accommodation has been fitted out in the outbuilding of a Charentais house. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen (induction stove, combined microwave oven, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with dining area, as well as a large living room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 bed, shower room and toilet. On the ground floor, in the living room, possibility of a second bed for two people with the sofa bed. Warning: You need to go through the bedroom to access the shower room and toilet. Provision of a baby cot on request. OPTIONAL Cleaning fee: 30 euro Breakfast service: 6 euros per day per person.
