This is where rustic charm meets cozy magic. Step inside and you’ll find single-level living designed for comfort and ease year-round. King master, 2-twin guest bedroom and a futon (sleeping 6 max). The cabin features a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, and unique Social Media-worthy finishes giving the space its unmistakable character. Outside on your private side deck, you’ll have: • Your own hot tub • A private, rock fire pit • A grill for evening cookouts • Peaceful views of the farm And then… there’s the rest of the property. The petting zoo is just about 100 yards away. Wander through the gates and meet the goats, bunnies, and whoever else happens to be holding court that day, they are a real trip. Kids love it. Guests have full access to 20+ acres of manicured farm, just not access into any other cabins. LOCATION. PERFECTION. -Dutch Creek Horse Trail, Watauga River & Trash Can Falls: 3 mi or 5 mins; -Cove Creek Store/Grill: 5 mi or 10 mins; -Mast General Store & Valle Crucis: 8 mi or 15 mins; -Downtown Boone, Banner Elk Winery, Over Yonder Restaurant & Watauga Lake: 10-15 mi or 20-25 mins; -Hawsknest Tubing / Ziplines, Sugar Mountain Skiing & Boone Golf: 15+ mi or 25-30 mins; -Tweetsie Railroad, Blowing Rock, App Ski Mtn, Moses Cone & Tanger Outlets & Gamekeeper Restaurant: 17-20 mi or 30-40 mins; -Grandfather Mountain & Rough Ridge Overlook: 20+ mi or 40-45 mins; and -Linville Falls / Caverns: 35-45 mi or 60+ mins. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is the downstairs portion of our barn. Upstairs is a 1-bedroom Airbnb, but you share only a roof with the upstairs unit, nothing else is shared. You are separated by 16" wood beams and insulation, not to mention a bi-locked stairwell and parking, entrances and decks on opposite sides. But you will absolutely hear noise from above. You have your own private hot tub, your own private deck, your own private fire pit, your own private grill, your own A/C unit and your own private entrance. DOG POLICY: One dog, $75 fee, one dog, 50 pound limit. Crate Policy (if you depart without her). If you plan to leave your dog and she is the type that barks all day, she is NOT welcome, sorry. No Extra Visitors Allowed to visit the Farm other than approved guests staying in the cabin. No Holiday Day Arrivals or Departures. Petting Zoo? Yes, walk right into the pen! We do recommend bringing veggies like kale/leafy greens, carrots and/or quartered apples to bribe the animals with (no corn or sweet feed allowed). Catch 'n Release Pond is down for 2025 due to Hurricane Helene Damage.
