The modern furnished apartment is located in the attic of a country house villa with large garden. It offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the Swabian Alps. The space The three spacious bedrooms offer space to relax and feel good for two people each. We will gladly provide a baby crib. Bedding is included in the price. In the open living / dining area, there is a couch with a comfortable sleeping function for two more people. An LED TV and a stereo system are also available. The large dining area offers space for socializing and good food. For the little ones there is a baby chair. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other useful utensils. In the spacious bathroom you will find a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and towels as well as a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron. A large hallway welcomes you and offers space to arrive. From here you can go to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine. Guest access The car can be parked directly on the property. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase.
