Since the corps of engineers took over ownership of the shorelines of Lake Cumberland decades ago in order to ensure the preservation of its natural beauty, very few properties on the lake have direct lake access. Our property is no exception. Our family typically goes to nearby Lee's Ford Marina (1.5 miles away) and rents a pontoon boat to enjoy the many coves that dot the shoreline of Lake Cumberland. I work remotely, is there wifi? Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi. Is there anywhere to store luggage before check in or after check out in case I’m not able to check in early or check out late? Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and hold luggage for guests. Can I bring my pet? We love our furry friends but we ask for guests to make other arrangements for their pets while visiting our home. Where is the nearest grocery store? Kroger is our favorite & closest grocery store. Kroger is 14.8 miles away from the listing. How do I check in? We have electronic locks at our listings.
