There are 2 full bathrooms; one with shower/tub combination and the other with a shower. The kitchen features brand new full-sized appliances and ample counter and cabinet space-perfect for making home cooked meals in your home away from home! In addition to a large kitchen and living area, there is a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the unit. There is no need to worry about parking as each unit comes with a parking space in our private parking lot as well as free on-street parking. Just a few steps down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city's paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.
