You will also enjoy full access to the Bella Vida Resort amenities, including the clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, playground, and recreational areas, all available for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Other things to note 👶 Child-Friendly Home Family Nest is well suited for families traveling with children and offers: • Child safety pool fence • High chair available free of charge upon request • Pack ’n Play (travel crib) available upon request ⸻ ♨️ Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional daily fee. Heating must be requested in advance and applies to the entire stay. ⸻ 🍔 BBQ Grill The BBQ grill is available upon request for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please clean the grill after each use. A cleaning fee applies if left dirty. ⸻ 🧹 Cleaning Service Daily housekeeping is not included. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with clean linens and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. ⸻ ⚠️ Policies & Fees • Additional charges may apply if staff must be sent for repairs due to misuse • Frozen A/C (thermostat below 70°F): $200 • Clogged toilet: $75 • Furniture moved and not returned: $100 • Smoking indoors: $500 penalty • Pets are not allowed: $500 penalty • Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms; stains may be charged • Dirty BBQ grill: $50 cleaning fee • No parties or gatherings beyond the allowed occupancy (Maximum occupancy: 14 guests)
