Come and enjoy our waterfront camp located 22 minutes from Farmington on Sand Pond. Swim, fish or relax by the fire pit, its the perfect spot to unwind. The space Waterfront camp on Sand Pond that includes a cozy loft upstairs with a queen bed and a bunk room on the main floor with 1 single bed and 1 single/double bunk bed. Linens will be provided. An open concept living, dining and kitchen space is perfect for family togetherness. The kitchen includes a full size stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave and full size refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with toilet and hot water shower. Water is pumped from the pond so please bring drinking water. Enjoy the large deck to the side of the camp with a grill and plenty of space to enjoy the view. A fire pit is available for toasting marshmallows at the end of a perfect day. A large dock with 3 kayaks and aluminum boat are available for fishing, water fun and let's not forget the float! Sand Pond is the perfect body of water for those looking to relax, fish, and swim. Guest access Kayaks, fishing poles, grill, dock and float. The Dock and float are typically taken out of the water Labor Day weekend. Other things to note Guest are responsible for bringing drinking water.
