The great room has a gas fireplace and is stocked with books, puzzles, board games, toys, a 65" 4K Roku-enabled TV, DVD collection & player, and a bluetooth compatible surround-sound speaker system. The large wooden dining room table comfortably seats 10. The second floor has two bedrooms (bunk room and queen bed), a shared bathroom, and a loft area. The shared bathroom has a large tub. The bunk room also has a separate sink area within the bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and available humidifiers. The third level is home to the master bedroom, loft office, and two balconies. The master bedroom has a private balcony and gas fireplace. The master bathroom has a large, jetted jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The loft office is set up perfectly for those who need to get work done from home. There is a plug-in hub (USB-C) with a large monitor, keyboard, and mouse ready for your use. The home has an attached, HEATED 2-car garage with 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. You're close enough to Main Street, grocery stores, and shops to walk or bike (~1 mile)! There is also a free public bus service that connects all of Summit County and Vail. It can be accessed from Main Street in Frisco or the transit center next to Whole Foods. Both are a little less than a mile away. The home has 3 bikes in the garage that are available for guest use. The nearby Summit County Recreational Path connects Frisco with Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and even Vail Pass. There is space for 4 vehicles in our garage and driveway. Street parking is NOT ALLOWED at any time, so if you need additional parking, there is free public overnight parking near Main Street in Frisco.
