Next to the swimming pool you will find the swimming pool showers. The pool house is built just over 5 meters away. It sleeps 4 people in one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. . The main building is divided into the ground floor and the first-floor areas; both floors connect with a short set of interior stairs. . The ground floor has a large living room and dining area; a hallway will lead you to a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor gives access to verandas with fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area. . Taking the stairs to the first floor: to the right, we encounter a small kitchen. Before reaching the kitchen to the left there is the first double bedroom; behind the kitchen, there is a second double bedroom; next to it there is a bathroom with bathtub and hydro massage. The third double bedroom is next to the bathroom; and the master bedroom comes last, with en suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Villa Thea is one hour and 50 min. away from Athens International Airport, and 3 hours and 50 min. away from Thessaloniki International Airport; in both cases a very easy car drive, because of the proximity to E75 main National road of Greece. The Port of Arkitsa is just 10 minutes’ drive, where you can take the hourly ferry to Euboea and explore this huge island and still be back for supper. You can also reach Agios Konstantinos port in 10 Km. where you can take the ferries to Skiathos Skopelos and Allonissos islands. Last but not least, the town of Volos, in less than two hours’ drive and you can explore the fantastic beaches of the area, the glorious food, and the mythical mountain of Pelion; again from here you can take the short daily ferries to the islands of Skiathos and Allonissos.
