Haus Korjässer ****, Moselle view & sun terrace

❤- Welcome to the 100 sqm apartment in our house in the beautiful Moselle village of Löf. The house is located directly overlooking the Moselle in Kornstraße, which is also the namesake for our spacious and bright apartment (Korngasse = Korjass). The apartment has a large sun terrace that invites you to linger with a beautiful view of the Moselle. The space The newly opened and newly renovated apartment in spring 2018 has 2 separate bedrooms, a large living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and window as well as a small guest toilet. The large bathroom can only be reached through one bedroom. Please note this when planning. The guest toilet is right next to the 2nd bedroom. The sun terrace is about 22 square meters and has sun in the summer until about 7 pm. An awning provides shade. There are possibilities to store things in the basement. Please clarify this with me in advance. Guest access This is a two-family house. The upper floor is occupied by my parents. The entire first floor is available as a vacation rental. There are 2 completely separate living areas (2 front doors). There is a basement and a garden house, which can be used after consultation. In the courtyard there is a parking space available, after consultation possibly also 2. Other things to note I'd love to answer any questions you might have. Don't hesitate to contact me.
