Just take Paradise to the beach! Our newly renovated beach house is sitting on a .5 acre lot located in a nice quiet neighborhood a little over a mile away from Second Beach in Middletown, RI! It's a ~4 min drive to the beach! We're also a ~8min Uber/Lyft to Downtown Newport if you'd like to explore the beautiful Bannisters Wharf / Thames Street / Broadway area! The house is perfect for families who'd all like to stay together all in one place! The house is a newly renovated, open concept raised ranch. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths & an outdoor shower. It can be intimate for a family gatherings in the kitchen / movie night downstairs in the basement. It's also large enough where everyone feels like they have their own space. The house is Sonos equipped with WiFi and AppleTV: Youtube TV, Amazon Prime Video, NetFlix, ESPN+. We also have a deck that is accessible from the Kitchen with an outdoor table/chairs. Our primary residence is about an hour away (Boston) but we can be available via text, phone or email during your stay for recommendations or other needs.
