The space An open floor plan connects the fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with the dining and living areas. A wall of windows and sliding glass door open to a backyard garden and patio, providing natural light inside and a charming garden view. A separate, locked entry guarantees your privacy. The owner lives on the top floor of the home and the rental unit is comprised of the entire lower floor. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and many cooking and dining supplies. A light and airy living room for relaxing solo or with family and friends, cable TV viewing, or enjoying a good book in front of the natural gas fireplace. There’s a new, comfortable pull out sofa bed, as well. Guests are able to control temperature settings for air-conditioning and heat with a wall-mounted register. A king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress topper and down comforter in the first bedroom promote a good night’s rest. Equally comfortable is the high quality king bed and down comforter in the second bedroom. There are a selection of high quality pillows to choose from, including down, Tempurpedic, and traditional. The brightly lit, immaculate bathroom has a bathtub with shower. An assortment of complimentary toiletries are provided. For safety reasons, children must be 12 and older. A strict no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco policy is in place. It’s also a no shoes household, so please leave shoes at the shoe rack provided at the entry. This keeps it extra clean for all guests. No pets, please. Thank you!
