We are located convenient to Central Expressway which provides easy access to all things Dallas! Downtown, Uptown, Mockingbird Station, the trendy Knox-Henderson area and Northpark Mall. Dallas Lovefield Airport is only 15 minutes away. Our home is surrounded by 3 beautiful parks within minutes; Goar Park, Curtis Park and Williams Park - all with historic Turtle Creek waterways and lots of ducks, scenic trees and great walking. Our cottage is great for families or hanging out with friends or colleagues, equipped with a great kitchen for cooking or entertaining. On the first level of our home, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, and one guest bedroom that spaciously accommodates a double bed and a twin bed. The adjacent bathroom has a marble walk-in shower and beautiful Carrera counters. A staircase leads to the second level where there is a cozy reading nook, 2 bedrooms, and a marble bathroom and double sink vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large walk-in closet and a large flatscreen tv. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. Fresh, new bedding throughout the home. House easily sleeps 7 guests. Also, please carefully review our House Rules. By booking, it confirms that you acknowledge and agree to abide by our rules and our contract. Guest access Guests have access to the the entire home, the driveway, and the front patio. Other things to note Upon booking, please send a list of all guest names. We will do our best to meet you in person to give you the lock and alarm information. For your security and ours, we will only give entry information to the person who made the reservation. If someone else is planning on meeting us at the house, this needs to be made clear prior to arrival, and we will require a copy of their driver's license.
