The space The villa has one bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds (perfect for kids). There is a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The balcony over looks the pool area, ocean and is a great place to relax any time of day. The balcony is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the view, including stunning sunrises. The cozy living area includes an eating area and brand new, full stocked kitchen. Guest access The Villa is 500 feet from the pool and just beyond is the beach, ideal for fishing, swimming, walking, and biking. There is a fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts on site. The villa is a short distance to all types of shopping and great restaurants for casual and fine dining.
