The house is super quiet and comfortable. It's equipped with linens, pots and pans and much more to make your stay comfortable. We do require that stays longer than 2 weeks that the house is cleaned by our cleaner every other week. We do have a Ring Doorbell on the front door for safety. The space The house is situated a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. It's super close to everything yet out the and bustle. Guest access You have access to whole house including a kitchen fully equipped, washer and dryer, streaming TV, linens and towels. Our front porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying friends and family. It's equipped with plenty of seating for your enjoyment. No garage is available. The fireplace can not be used. Other things to note The house is a great place that's out of the hustle and bustle of town. There's no parties, no loud music, just nice and quiet and relaxing. We are about 5 minutes from a grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) and about 10 minutes to Walmart. Downtown/ historic Savannah is 15-20 minutes away. If you're in town for a particular event let me know I can give you the distance estimate.
