The kitchen has two full sized fridges, all cookware and a large island w/granite counter. High speed Wifi. Close to Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach. All rooms have King beds. The space Hamilton House in the center of Miami, is a truly beautiful home, situated on a secluded half an acre, corner lot. This tropical oasis features spacious gardens, lots of amenities and a heated swimming pool with a slide and relaxing waterfall. The pool operates with a salt water filter system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals. Once you close the security gates at the front of the property, you have the feeling of being away from it all, surrounded by lots of trees and spacious gardens, while being in the middle of everything, less than 5 minutes from restaurants, bars and shops. As our guests, you have the use of this private home with lots of amenities, not having to share the space with anyone else. You can relax in your large master bedroom jaccuzzi tub, while the rest of your guests enjoy all the spacious gardens and amenities. The outside area has a game room with billiards, ping pong and domino tables and a huge Tiki, which has a dinning table and outside seating next to the pond for maximum relaxation. . There is also an outside kitchen with a Brazilian charcoal BBQ & gas BBQ grill. With the relaxing sounds of the pool waterfall, the lush trees and completely private setting, everything comes together to make this area a true oasis. The outside lighting is set automatically from dusk to dawn. The property can accommodate large groups and big families, but we do not allow events, or loud music, at the property. The front door has a keyless entry code, so you never have to worry about losing keys , or sharing them with your other guests. We are only 20 minutes to most of Miami's hot spots, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Downtown Brickell, Everglades National Park. Snorkel, or go fishing in the Florida Keys, or enjoy golf at the nearby Palmetto Golf Course or newly opened Top Golf. We are also 25 minutes from Miami Airport & the Cruise Port. Travel time to your destination will vary, depending on traffic. The home is an open concept design, the kitchen, living room & dining area all integrated, overlooking the pool. There are 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all the bedrooms have king size beds. The large kitchen has custom cabinets, granite worktops, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven & cooktop and a multi level island with seating. It is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses and cookware. Bedroom # 1 - Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, fireplace, fan, en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi Tub, shower, toilet and double sinks. Bedroom # 2 - King bed, TV and large closet. Bedroom # 3 - King bed, TV and large closet. Bedroom # 4 - 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom # 5 - King bed, TV and large closet Bedroom # 6 - King bed, TV and large closet The living room also has a pull out sofa bed (Queen) with a mattress. All towels, linens, bedding & pillows are provided. The home has high speed Wifi and all TV's have streaming services. There is a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. A Pac n Play Crib with mattress, a high chair and a toddler toilet seat is also provided. The large driveway can accommodate all your vehicles. We have a Ring camera in the front outside facing the driveway of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever. Guest access The entire house is your own living space to enjoy while you are here. The doors have keyless entry, no need to worry about taking care of keys. Other things to note There is a house trailer on the side of the house. This is a separate space with its own entrance and parking. We have long term tenants who are familiar with Airbnb and have no access to the house or the private patio areas. We live nearby and are available for any questions or concerns you may have at any time. We have a Ring camera at the front of the property in the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.
