Use our watercraft to explore the Clermont chain of lakes. You can even go fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or paddleboarding! Escape from the indoor fun stuff & outdoor sports courts to explore citrus grove with avacados, lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit and cumquats... All stays include at least 2 hours' use of the pontoon boat or Craigcats. Additional rental hours on request. The estate can sleep up to 50 guests when using the extra beds provided but it's certainly OK to come with just 15 people too! (AirBnB's *menu* has a max option selector of "16+" guests but yes, you CAN bring up to 50!) Pool heat is $95/day. Heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay and starts 24 hours before check-in to ensure the pool has time to warm up. Guest access On-site manager & his wife live in separate home nearby across the acreage. They're out of the way, unseen, and available assistance when needed (it's completely private/separate) Other things to note This is a one-of-a-kind property you won't soon forget.
