From our deck, you’ll have a 270⁰ unobstructed, breathtaking view of TN, NC, and GA mountains while overlooking the Toccoa River! Our peaceful cabin is located on a gated, paved road off Blue Ridge Dr, which leads into Downtown Blue Ridge or McCaysville/Copperhill. Reserve our home, What If, today! “What If” you have a wonderful, relaxing time! The space With over 3,600 sq. ft. of private, guest accommodations spread out over two levels; our home provides plenty of spaciousness for togetherness or privacy in one of the three bedrooms. The main level features an open floor plan which includes living, dining, and kitchen with two separate bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. There is a TV in the den with cable. Both main floor bedrooms feature comfy queen beds. The vaulted living area has a floor to ceiling rock fire place and windows to enjoy the panoramic, tri-state view. The dining table seats six plus four barstools at the bar. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel large capacity refrigerator, gas range with duel ovens, and dishwasher. The top level is home to the vaulted ceiling master suite and bathroom. There is a TV with cable and king size bed in the master. The bathroom includes a double shower with a separate garden tub (non-Jacuzzi). Beyond the bathroom is a kitchenette with private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee on crisp mountain mornings! Guest access Guests will have full access to the main floor living area, including guest laundry closet, and upstairs master suite (with the exception of a single owner's storage closet off kitchen, an extra owner's laundry room, and a another single owner's storage closet in bathroom). The unfinished basement will be locked off to guests. Hosts may access the basement. But, don't worry! This is a rare occurrence. And, the basement has it's own private entrance from outside. So, we will only use this entrance. We will not park in main parking area either (will park in lower lot). We will also notify guests in advance if we will be accessing basement. We will respect guests' privacy! Other things to note Our home features a security system which will need to be disarmed upon arrival and armed upon departure.
