Our home is close to the park, Zoo, Science Center, Ted Drewes, and downtown Cardinal's baseball. You’ll love the kid friendly amenities, toys, games, and baby equipment. Our home is recommended for families with kids. This is the best place to stay in St. Louis, if you are traveling with children. Pool is open: March 1 through November 14th and heated to 85 degrees! Entire home. Owner is only available via phone or email. Our block is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Pool hours of 9 am-10 pm are strictly enforced. Please do not inquire, if you are looking for a party type environment. There are several law enforcement officers who live very close on our block, and you will be asked to leave with forfeiture of your rent and deposit if you engage in this type of behavior. Also, please refer to rental rules regarding maximum car allowance. Local visitors are not permitted to visit out of town guests staying at the home. Nuisance behavior, loud disorderly drunken behavior, or profanity will not be allowed in the yard, pool, or home; and renter's will be subject to ticketing and other legal actions for engaging in nuisance behavior. Our home is for rent to families only. If you are looking for a safe family friendly home that caters to children's fun, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to drink or party, this is not he home for you! Please look elsewhere, because it will not be permitted! Walk to donut drive in, IHop, or Pietro’s Italian Restaurant with fresh baked bread from “The Hill” and excellent homemade soups. Lindenwood and Frances Park are both within walking distance.
