Rain filled day no problem review our movie library, books, and board games. Relax in a clean, well appointed house with comfortable furniture throughout each room and a fully equipped kitchen. Wake up to find a coffee cart ready to welcome you each morning. Just a few minute drive to Mayo and Oak Leaf. The space We provide comfortable cozy living room where our guests may enjoy high speed internet (WiFi), Smart TV, Satellite, Blu-ray DVD player, or a book. Kitchen Make a delicious meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. i.e. a slow cooker, mixer, blender, dutch oven, pots pans and more! If coffee or tea is your thing we have a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, coffee grinder and tea pot. We are happy to supply a variety of k-pods, coffee and tea to start your morning! Bedrooms Sleep soundly in one of two queen beds with cozy down comforters (seasonal), king size pillows and high end linens. The third bedroom/office has a twin XL bed with a desk and comfortable chair. Bathroom Find high end bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, first aid kit along with space for personal items in the linen closet. We provide shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Basement Guest laundry includes fragrant free laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Movie library and a selection of games to compliment games located in the living room. Fold up lawn chairs and throws designated for outdoor use. Children Parents please review all photos to make sure our space appears suitable and safe for children. With no dedicated play area for children we ask parents to agree the space is safe and suitable for their children with each booking request. Children are to be supervised inside and outside at all times. There is a low retaining wall along the driveway. For everyone's protection, exterior-only 24/7 video monitoring is in place clearly posted on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. There is convenient parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Booking requests must include acknowledging reading and accepting the house rules/polices also on behalf of all guests. We reserve the right to ask if you are in acceptance of the house rules. Our apologies due to past reservations the house rules may change as needed. House Rules and Check out guidelines. The house rules, emergency contact information, wifi access etc are posted inside. We do update rules/policies as needed due past reservations. For everyone’s safety out-door only security cameras on premises 24/7 clearly posted on property. We are ONLY licensed for 5 guests this includes children. Children to be supervised 100% inside and outside for their safety. Do NOT speed in or out of the street as we have neighbors walking, children riding bikes, and dogs being walking in this area. We have a NO tolerance policy for false reservations! Fees may be applied up to $150 per night. With the finding of a false reservation the booking guest may be asked to cancel the reservation. Guests staying one night during booking guests stay must be noted and counted as a guest. We do not allow intermittent guest schedules. No more than 3 visiting guests at one time unless approved. NOT ALLOWED; no exceptions, parties, gatherings, reunions, or any other social arrangements of any kind unless authorized by the host. If this is unclear please contact us. NOT ALLOWED; re-arranging of furniture or adding furniture to suit guests needs. Guests are in agreement that the areas are to be used as intended. The sofa is not a bed. This would indicate our place is not a good fit. Guests assume all responsibility for any property damage, accidents, injuries, and loss of personal property during their stay. No food in bedrooms. Minimal eating in the living room please. Air conditioning running...windows closed please. Air conditioning is not to be set below 69 degrees to avoid the A coil freezing. No portable grills or fire pits as per our insurance provider. No food of any kind left outside in yard or on surrounding property. Lawn chairs located in the basement with a blankets meant for outside. Laundry in basement for guests only. Do not bring laundry in from friends and family. We are not a laundromat. CHECK OUT POLICIES check out before 11:00 House keeping scheduled at 11:00. RINSE dishes and load dishwasher do not start. Do not wipe down appliances. Remove garbage to back of house using side door. Towels and kitchen linens place in laundry basket in basement. Do not strip bedding leave beds neat and tidy. Double check house for personal items and turn all lights off. Make certain the door is locked upon leaving Leave house neat and tidy will allow us to maintain a reasonable cleaning charge. In any emergency situation i.e. power outage, water CALL first All numbers are posted. Text if not answered. Safety is priority! Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. First Aid kit is in linen closet bottom shelf. Flashlight in coat closet top shelf. Smokers are to smoke outside discarding butts in the sand pail. Do not bring in partially smoked cigarettes etc inside. We recommend turning on the exterior light if arriving after dark. Hiking is allowed being respectful of the area. We do not allow tents, trailers, campers or any other outdoor living structures. It is our goal to make sure our place along with the area is a perfect fit for our guests.
