We provide comfortable cozy living room where our guests may enjoy high speed internet (WiFi), Smart TV, Satellite, Blu-ray DVD player, or a book. The kitchen is fully equipped i.e. a slow cooker, mixer, blender, dutch oven, pots pans and more! Ready for the chef or baker. If coffee is your thing we have a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and coffee grinder. Not forgetting the tea pot. We are happy to supply k-pods, coffee and tea to start your first morning! Sleep soundly in one of two queen beds with cozy down comforters (seasonal), king size pillows and high end linens. The third bedroom/office has a twin XL bed with a desk and comfortable chair. Find high end bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hair dryer and first aid kit along with space for personal items in the linen closet. We provide starter shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Guest laundry located in the basement includes fragrant free laundry detergent. The basement also has our own personal movie library and a selection of games. i.e. Scrabble, Yahtzee, UNO, Checkers, Kubb Parents please review all photos to make sure our space appears suitable and safe for children. With no dedicated play area for children we ask parents to agree the space is safe and suitable for their children. Children are to be supervised inside and outside at all times. For everyone's protection, exterior-only video monitoring is in place clearly posted on the property. Guests have access to the entire house. There is convenient parking for two vehicles in the driveway. We enjoy meeting our guests, but give them space during their stay. Depending on the booking we may stop by to collect garbage. We are usually in the area if needed. One of only three gravel streets in Eau Claire lends to a wooded area with an old time charm. Drive in slowly to ensure the safety of our neighbors who enjoy walks on our street. Watch for deer, turkey and the occasional fox. Enjoy walking or biking the neighborhood or cross over to the path running along the river. Truly a peaceful, relaxing outdoor area to enjoy wildlife, a book, conversation or meditation. You’ll find any season is picture worthy! Guests may walk down our street, one of only three gravel streets in Eau Claire, into our beautiful neighborhood which is also close to a bike/walking trail. We have suitable parking for two vehicles, but three will fit. We ask booking guest to acknowledge reading and accepting the house rules/polices also on behalf of all arriving guests. We reserve the right to ask if you are in acceptance of the house rules. The house rules and policies are also posted inside our place for guests convenience. We are ONLY licensed for 5 guests this includes children. We have a NO tolerance policy for false reservations! Fees may be applied up to $100 per night. With the finding of a false reservation the booking guest may be asked to cancel the reservation. NOT ALLOWED; parties, gatherings, reunions, or any other social arrangements of any kind unless authorized by the host. If this is unclear please contact us. Not allowed; re-arranging of furniture or adding furniture to suit guests needs. This would indicate our place is not a good fit. Guests are in agreement that the areas are to be used as intended. The sofa is not to be used as a bed. Guests assume all responsibility for any property damage, accidents, injuries, and loss of personal property during their stay. An absolute must Contact the host via phone call immediately with any water, electrical, etc issues during their stay to eliminate any costly repairs if ignored. We do not allow tents, trailers, campers or any other outdoor living structures. For everyone’s safety out-door only security cameras on premises 24/7 clearly posted on property.
