The space The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, high speed internet (WiFi), Smart TV, Satellite, Blu-ray DVD player, games and a small library. Kitchen Create your favorite meal in a fully-stocked kitchen. i.e. a slow cooker, mixer, blender, dutch oven, pots and pans and more! Keurig and traditional coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press and tea pot. We offer a variety of coffee and Keurig pods. Bedrooms Two bedrooms have queen beds with down comforters (seasonal), king size pillows. The third bedroom/office has a twin XL bed suitable for an adult. Bathroom The linen closet consists of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, first aid kit along with space for personal items. Basement Guests laundry area washer and dryer. Designated area holds a large movie library, games, and books. Patio off the kitchen seating for 8 with a view. Security For everyone's protection, exterior-only 24/7 video monitoring is in place clearly posted on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Smokers are to smoke outside discarding butts in the sand pail. Do not bring in partially smoked cigarettes etc inside. CHECK OUT POLICIES Check out before 11:00 No need to wash any remaining dishes. Merely rinse dishes and load dishwasher. Do not wipe down appliances. Do not strip bedding leave for housekeeping to review and inventory. Place the towels and kitchen linens in laundry basket in basement. Remove garbage to back of house using side door. Leaving the house neat and tidy will allow us to maintain a reasonable cleaning charge.
