Excellent rental history w/experienced owners. We have rented for 8+ years on our own & through another rental agency. Very family friendly. Just 4 miles to PSU in quiet neighborhood, sleeps 10 (12-14 w/your air mattresses); 5 beds (1 King and 4 Queen + room for your air mattresses). House professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Amenities: Great-room, HDTV, living room, eat-in kitchen, refrigerator, dining room, large deck & yard w/gas grill & swing-set. Linens/towels/toiletries included. 1. Please no parties, however, immediate family/friends gatherings are okay. For example PSU graduation events, weddings. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy.---2. Maximum occupancy is 14 persons with an additional fee for all guests over 12 (we are willing to negotiate the additional guest cost for parties traveling with multiple children)---3. Two-night minimum rental---4. Check in time is 4:00pm; check out is 11:00am (changes to times are available and may require additional fee)---5. No smoking/no pets Guests will have access to the entire first and second floor of our house, including the deck, front porch, and yard. Guests may NOT use the basement, the garage, the mud room (including washer and dryer), and closets and dressers. As good hosts, we typically meet our guests upon arrival to take them through the house and answer any questions you might have. However, this is not necessary and on occasion we may be out of town during your rental. We stay in basement apartment with our dog/cat. There is a separate entrance for this apartment so we will not be in the house during your rental. Additionally, basement ceiling is sound-proofed for an extra level of privacy. We are on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood just 4 miles from the PSU campus and 4 miles from downtown State College. We have room in our driveway for 6+ cars so we ask that you don't park on the street. There is a public transit bus stop at the end our street. Guests will not be able to use the garage with the exception to take out their trash and recycling. We, however, may access our garage through the garage door (not through the house) in order to mow the law, etc. Upon departure, we ask the guests to empty all of their trash into a garbage bag and take to the trash can in the garage, as well as your recyclables into the recycle bin in the garage.
