Our LARGE apartment overlooks Main Street of our quaint village. See the sparkling waters of the beautiful Upper Hudson River Beach across the street. 15 mins to SARATOGA or Lake George. Sleeping: a Queen & a Full bed in Main bedrm, a Pull-curtain room separator, cot can be available. 2nd bdrm: 2 full size beds. Room Separator Curtain. Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Balcony off main bdrm. Full kitchen, dining room. *ALL surfaces sanitized/Disinfected. Streaming TV. The space The sun rises here over the beautiful Upper Hudson River which is across the street from our great apartment! You sit perched (top/2nd floor) above our quaint little downtown. This apartment is completely renovated into an ADIRONDACK Rustic Haven! You'll love the reclaimed hardwood floors and the knotty pine tongue n groove walls. The old style decor makes you feel right at home! Spacious and comfortable,... everything you need, is included here! Guest access Our guest also get free HOT coffee at our seasonal soft ice cream shop "The Barn", across the parking lot. We are only Open there, May-Sept. BUT we do leave a supply of coffee in your rental. Guests also get a renters discount on any food purchased at The Barn! We also have our kayaks that we will allow responsible guests to use at no charge. Other things to note This is like a home away from home,.. everything you need is included ! Re: PETS* If you'd like to bring your pet with you, you must ask Before arriving, and tell us about your pet (dog, cat, age, size,...) This is an apartment that is accessed via outdoor staircase to nice upper deck , as well as an interior staircase option: Emergency Exit /safe distancing option.
