The space Newly remodeled home centrally located in the heart of San Gabriel has hardwood floors, recessed lighting, central heat and new paint all throughout the house. Home also has all new double panel windows. Kitchen is newly remodeled with brand new white cabinets and granite counter-tops. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. All the essentials for cooking and having a nice meal at home are included during your stay. Guest access Guest has access to the entire two bedrooms, two bath home when renting the home. The entire home is your during your stay with NO shared spaces, however, the garage is being used for storage and not available for guest use. Parking is available on the property in the long driveway. Street parking is also available 24/7 without limitations. There is also a large front yard enclosed with white picket fencing for added privacy. Please note that there is no laundry amenity at the property. The washer and dryer is not available for guest use. Other things to note The nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total. We have an agreed policy with our neighbors that we do not host guests from the local San Gabriel community that are unverified and has no previous host recommendations.
