This is an ideal location for large family reunions & group activities. There is a main level deck with a BBQ grill and enough private parking to accommodate 5 compact cars. Located just steps from the Willamette River path you can access most places in Eugene without getting back in the car. The space The Bicycle Room is on the main floor along with the dinning area, kitchen and living room. Up the first flight of stairs on the second floor you have 4 rooms. The River Room, Black & White Room, and Mama Bird Room share access to 2 full bathrooms and the Farm house room has it's own full private bathroom. Up the second flight of stairs to the Skyloft there are 5 twin beds and mini-frig. All the way down in the basement there is a game room, toilet, sink, laundry area, shower, sauna and bedroom with a Queen size bed, mini frig, work station, coffee & Tea bar. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and yard with the exception of owner storage closets and a separate parking garage.
