Perfect for travelers passing through or wanting to enjoy all that Columbia has to offer. We are less than 5 minutes from I-70 and 63 and a quick drive to Mizzou Campus and downtown. The space You will feel right at home in our cozy Hatteras Hideaway! We are located less than 5 minutes away from Highway 63 and a 15 minute walk to grocery store. There is a children's playground only a few blocks away in our quiet neighborhood. We have spacious 9 foot ceilings and plenty of windows for a light and airy stay! You will enjoy over 1300 square feet of space in the complete lower level of our home with your very own entrance with a keypad. We do live upstairs, but keep our foot traffic and noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is well stocked with wine opener, knives, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. so guests may prepare food and drinks. We have provided teas, coffees, sugars, and creamers for beverages. We have a few snacks including granola bars, popcorn, etc. There are four chairs located at the bar top. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom with a full length mirror, ample closet space with hangers, and a dresser. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is available in the bathroom. The pull-out queen sofa in the living room is BRAND NEW. We also offer a BRAND NEW queen air mattress. We can assure that you will have a comfortable stay. There is access to YouTube TV, and the local channels on our flat screen TV. WiFi is also available. You will enjoy our beautiful and relaxing backyard oasis . There is a propane fire pit, four comfy lounge chairs with more upon request and an adirondack love seat for your enjoyment of the outdoors. Just 3 blocks away enjoy the playground exclusive to our subdivision. Guest access Hatteras Hideaway is accessible from a private sidewalk leading down to the entrance. This is a brand new sidewalk and will be easy for rolling suitcases and bringing in luggage. Guests will be given their own numbers to get into the coded door for easy coming and going.
