The Harbert Beach Cottage in the Woods +EV Charger

The house has special touches that make it a unique place to relax with family and friends. A large open room on the main level is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family while cooking. It is conveniently located to local favorite restaurants, boutiques, farms, and breweries. The Swedish bakery/Luisa'a Cafe is a 10 min walk. The private beach is a short walk away and is shared with just a few houses. It’s also an excellent area to bike. EV charger added 2025. The space 3rd floor: - Master bedroom (king bed), master bathroom, deck off master bedroom, laundry room - Guest bedroom with king bed - chaise lounger in hallway for reading (could sleep a kid) 2nd Floor - Guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds - small deck off guest bedroom - full bath 1st floor - large open kitchen, living and dining room space, large dining room table - flat screen tv with netflix, amazon prime, and youtubetv - half bath - screened-in porch with 8 foot picnic table Ground floor bedroom - bunk bed (upper bunk - twin, lower bunk - full) - queen size bed - Sleeper sofa - queen size bed - room is not well insulated, there is baseboard heating with thermostat. Guest access Have to full house except the basement and a few bins labeled owners. No access to shed. ** EV charger available between 11pm - 6am or during peak hours when coordinate through owner and pay a fee. ** The Harbert Beach Cottage is in an ideal location surrounded by trees but a short walk or commute to many of the best spots. We enjoy walks in the woods on the dirt roads and along the beach. ** Use of fireplace exclusively during October through March.
