The space This large home makes for an ideal vacation destination for large families, extended families or multiply families. This vacation rental has a lot to do no matter what the weather. The home is located on a quiet section of the Apple River which makes it a great place to canoe, kayak, peddle boat or even fish right off the dock. While on the river keep a watch for a bald eagle that makes it home there. Or sit on the deck or the patio and listen to the bullfrogs. The property does not have any direct beach access . The city of Amery has a very nice public beach about 6 miles away. We do have the dock and water toys, canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat for your enjoyment. The house has dish TV and wi-fi. It is well stocked with board games, books and dvd's. The property is for registered guests only, up to 10 people of all ages. This home is equipped with an exterior camera for your protection and security Located just North of Amery WI, River Haven gives you access to countless miles of ATV trails, hiking/biking trails, snowmobile trails, and all the amenities you could hope to find in a large city such as farm to table restaurant, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and a farmer's market. When renting the house , you agree to abide by the Polk County Rooming House ordinances that will be in the short term rental agreement we ask all renters to sign and that all activities on or in the water are at your own risk. Our Polk County license state that there is a maximum of 10 people on the property regardless of age. In light of covid-19, we are taking extra precautions to provide a clean and safe environment for our renters. Our property is cleaned by a professional cleaning company . Our house is thoroughly cleaned and surfaces are disinfected. We are also removing those "extra touches" from the house to minimize items that are handled or need to be sanitized. ( comforters on the bed, no throw pillows or blankets on the couches, fewer books and games out etc.) We are also scheduling rental check ins 24 hours after the last departure to provide extra time to accomplish this.
