Main Living Space The open-concept layout is warm and efficient, featuring a comfortable king bed that can be converted into two Twin XL beds upon request—ideal for couples or friends traveling together. Natural light flows in through the sliding glass doors, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere just steps from the riverbank. Kitchenette and Dining The kitchenette is equipped with essentials for easy meals and morning routines, including: Refrigerator Microwave Portable single-burner induction cooktop Toaster Dishware Keurig K-Cup coffee maker Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to help you start your day with ease. Please note: This unit does not have a dishwasher, stove, or oven. Outdoor Space Just outside your door, enjoy full access to the shared riverside patio. Relax in comfortable seating, gather around the propane fireplace, or prepare a casual meal on the charcoal grill. With the river only steps away, this outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to unwind after a day of exploring. Laundry is available on-site in the amenities building located next to the Riverside patio for added convenience. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, including horseback riding, paddle boarding, fly fishing, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, jeeping, and biking. From winter adventures to summer festivals, this studio places you in the center of it all—while still offering the serenity of a riverfront setting. Rental Policies No cell service is available in the Redstone area. During peak season, internet service can be very slow and is best utilized for texting only. This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property. Pack-n-play available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play are not provided. All pets require pre-approval. A maximum of one pet is allowed. An additional pet fee of $75–$150 (based on length of stay) applies. Due to API connection requirements, this fee is charged separately on third-party booking platforms. Pool Heat Policy This property does not have a pool. Grill Policy A shared charcoal grill is available on the riverside patio. Guests are responsible for proper and safe use.
