Silver Lake Cottage is newly renovated & remodeled. It is fresh, clean & the perfect up north retreat! Enjoy time by the lake with 60 feet of private frontage on 600 acre all-sports Silver Lake, private dock with great swimming & sandy bottom, & bonfire pit by the lakeside patio. 2 kayaks are available for you to enjoy in summer months. A quick 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City for recreation, restaurants & entertainment! *Dock & kayaks guaranteed available Memorial Day - Labor Day. Other things to note * We provide enough toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags & dish soap to get your trip started; additional supplies can be purchased at one of several grocery stores close by * The cottage has well water. Some guests prefer to bring their own bottled drinking water * Firewood is not provided, but can be found at various stores around town * Due to a short warm weather season, dock, kayaks & waterfront are guaranteed open and available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It's possible they will be available before &/or after these dates, but not guaranteed. * This property is available for monthly rent from November-April each year.
