Close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The space Condo is located on the 4th floor and is in the center of Beach Cottage building II, directly facing the Gulf. Primary bedroom is spacious and features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen tv and view of the Gulf! It has sliding doors leading to the balcony. Ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double sinks. Guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet and flat screen tv. Living room has a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating. The couch is a sofabed. Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. Condo has a full sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool, hot tub, beach and bbq grills.
