Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee. Country living but only minutes from town. Convenient location for; Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Farley Nuclear Plant, Michelin, and Dothan Airport. The apartment is detached from the main house providing you with privacy. Guest access Guests have access to their own parking and the entire apartment to include laundry room off the main carport. Other things to note There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a Sofa Chaise Lounge that easily converts into a bed in the living room.
