This beautiful, newly renovated (2021) home is 600 sq feet, and includes a large, private deck with views of the Indian River. The interior space is bright, comfortable and sparkling clean. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with tub, a comfortable living room and one bedroom with a queen size bed. This is the perfect place for relaxation and fun! Stay with us for a summer vacation, a girl's getaway, a wedding or even a college visit. Our home is located within a small, family-friendly marina in a beautiful residential area. We also run a busy kayak and paddleboard rental business from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A 2 hour rental (single kayaks or paddleboards) is included in the price for each day of your stay, compliments of Indian River Kayak, weather permitting. The entire home is yours alone. We live on the property in a separate detached house, so we are available to provide suggested activities, answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your stay. This beautiful, updated home has a view of the Indian River, and is within walking distance of the Clinton train station, Cedar Island Marina and several restaurants. We are a 30 minute drive from Yale, a 45 minute drive from the casinos. The lovely Chamard Vineyards and two well-known spas (Water's Edge and Saybrook Point) are a short 15-20 minute drive away. The neighborhood has sidewalks for easy, safe walking to many restaurants, the town marina, or just an evening stroll. Hammonasset State Park (beautiful beaches!!) is a 10 minute drive. There is a full flight of stairs to access the home. There is parking available for 2 cars. A maximum of two (2) adult house guests. Additional guests require approval and extra linen and cleaning fee will apply of $25/person per night Minimum primary renter age is 24. In June - September there is a minimum three night stay.
