This space is perfect for anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in the Twin Cities with easy access to either Minneapolis or St. Paul . It is located just one block away from the Greenline Light-rail (with stops at US Bank Stadium, Target Field, Xcel Energy Center, Target, Walmart and much more). The space This apartment is set up for guests to have a comfortable stay while in the Twin Cities! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a kitchen, living and dining space. With a boiler system for heat and window AC units for the hotter months. It is one block away from the Greenline lightrail with easy access to multiple stores and many Twin Cities attractions (US Bank Stadium, Target Field, Xcel Energy Center and more)! Guest access The apartment is private for my guests with a private entrance and small deck! Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking: a $500 fine will be applied if guest smoke in the apartment. Guests will also be asked to leave if smoking occurs during their stay with no refund. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am Please respect the quiet hours of the neighbors.
