My 4/3 home is in the area known as the "Gateway to the Keys". Enjoy a comfortable stay for 10 people in 4 bed rooms. Great place for families & travelers. Very comfy home, & the back yard has the feel of a true tropical paradise. Good WIFI My cleaning crew & I work very hard to keep it clean and sterile due to COVID. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS & NO DJs. NO PARTIES. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE HOME IF I FEEL THERE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED PARTY/EVENT. FINES WILL BE APPLIED FOR NOISE VIOLATIONS. Outdoor paradise with, BBQ, Tiki hut, laundry, full kitchen, salt water pool, hot tub, plenty of parking, full bath, bar, kegorator, games, and plenty of space. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE OR CLUB. Neighbors are fairly close. So be mindful of noise at night. I have to start charging fines for noise violations. Due to cleanliness and allergen concerns we no longer allow pets. This home is in a friendly neighborhood right off the highway. Crime generally isn’t an issue. Plenty of basic shopping and restaurants nearby. Southland Mall is about 12 minutes away. The house has parking for 8 cars. There’s no HOA, no gates, no strict rules. Walmart and local Publix grocery store less than a mile away. I am very close to the freeway and local grocery/Wal-Mart/Redlands Very centrally located. 35 mins to the keys and/or Miami. 25-45 minutes to Miami Airport 30-50 Minutes to Port of Miami 30-35 Minutes to Key Largo 45 minutes to South Beach Pool Rules: No bottle caps Hairpins Coins Earrings Or any other metal objects in pool. They corrode and leave rust-stains on the pool-bottom. FOLLOW HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOUSE (FINES WILL BE APPLIED) Put butts in the butt cans. NOT the garden or patio. Clean up your decorations, bulk trash, and general basic cleanup. No glass out at the patio. Clean the grill if you use it.
