Beautiful wooded lot with a stream running through it and walking trails. A covered porch runs the entire back of the house. The 5600 sq. ft. house has almost everything you can think of for a home away from home. Basement has a kitchenette, as well as pool and foosball tables. The house also has a huge pool. The master suite has a king size bed, along with an enormous bathroom that includes a garden whirlpool tub. Bedroom number two has a queen-size bed and private bathroom attached. Bedroom 3 also has a queen-sized bed with a bathroom attached, though that bathroom also has hall access. The 4th bedroom at the end of the hall is a paradise for kids. Twin over full bunk bed has a pull out trundle bed. Day bed also has a trundle pull out bed. Walk-out basement has private bedroom with queen-sized bed. Also has a full bath with bathtub. Brand new pull-out couch has a memory foam mattress. Main floor has a wonderful kitchen with a gas stove and double oven. Large family room, with great views of the back yard. House also has a formal dining room and office/library area. The office area has a printer/fax machine for use by our guests. Each bedroom has a TV, and there are additional TVs in the family room and the basement. There is high speed WIFI throughout the house. There is a wonderful fire pit and chairs located in the back yard for outdoor entertainment. There is also a gas grill available for use. Entire house, except one storage room We do not live on site, but we live in the city. We will be available to help answer questions and make reservations, if necessary. Our house is located in the heart of South Charlotte, close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Grocery store and restaurants are about a mile away. Stonecrest Shopping Center, which includes Target, Michaels, and a movie theater, are about 2 miles away. We are also within a 10 - 15 minute drive of both South Park Mall and Carolina Place Mall. We have very easy access to I-485, Charlotte's belt loop. From there, it is a matter of minutes to the South Carolina border or uptown. We are only about 5 miles from the center of uptown Charlotte. Charlotte has many wonderful attractions. We have Carowinds, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Charlotte Motor Speedway, the US National Whitewater Center, Lake Wylie and Lake Norman, not to mention lots of wonderful museums and great shopping. Pool use is restricted in cold weather (mid-October - early May).
