Beautiful 4200 sq ft, 7 br/4ba cabin set on 5 acres in Heber, AZ. Perfect for large family gatherings or quick weekend get-aways. Amazing views, close to miles of hiking trails, and plenty of room to gather together. Cabin features large great room with wood-burning fireplace on main level with plenty of seating and a loft. All towels, bedding, dishes and cookware are included. Outdoor fire pit. Spacious deck surrounding 3 sides with propane grill. Large, wrap-around porch with multiple porch swings. Large play set with swings and spacious grass yard to utilize our Sports closet. Amenities in the sports closet are: volleyball, badminton, 2 horse shoe pits, croquet set, baseball set (bats, balls, bases and about 9 gloves), soccer balls with cones, footballs, mini frisbee golf set, frisbees, and whiffle ball set. Propane grill on the deck. Large fire pit on the property with plenty of seating. Inside we have a game closet with tons a games, puzzles , dress up clothes and more (please clean up before leaving). We have satellite internet, but due to rural area the speed will vary between 6mbps to 50 mbps depending on time of day. I have worked from there on video calls, but I would recommend bringing a hot spot as a back up if you think you need it. There are 2 smart TVs with multiple movie apps for entertainment. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom for a relaxing night. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchenware needed to have large family meals. There is plenty of seating at the large quartz counter top bar and the extra large table. If you enjoy singing or need a recipe you can use the Alexa Show with a pandora music account. (Camera has been disabled for your privacy) Guests have access to the entire cabin. Main door has a digital code you will receive the day before you arrive. The game closet has a digital code that will be given upon request. Sports closet Key is in the Pantry. None. Owners live 2.5 hours away. The cabin is located at the top of a hill on a 5 acre lot with beautiful views! The cabin has a large u-shaped gravel driveway able to park 5 or 6 vehicles. There is absolutely no parking on the narrow dirt roads. You may only park in our designated driveway. The national forest is within 1/2 mile of the cabin where you can find great hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, dirt bike riding. Please do not cut across or walk through our neighbors private property or use their driveways for turning around your vehicles or OHV/dirt bikes. Please keep your volume to a respectable level to maintain the peacefulness of the mountains and happy neighbors :) There are great antique shops in town if you want to purchase unique items. There are also few good restaurants to choose from. There is a small convenient grocery store just down the road on Black Canyon Road. We have a great outdoor firepit, but always check the local burn ordinances before you use it.
